The City of Kaplan now has an option for you to receive your utility statement via email. If you wish to do so, please log into your online municipal payment account (https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/kaplanla), select contact preferences and then enter the email address you wish to receive your bill. With this option, you will no longer receive a paper bill but will have immediate access to your bill as soon as they become available in our system.
