You will be able pay from your smart phone, or by dialing into our automated system by calling: 1-888-349-5391 (toll free number), and you can still pay from any devise with internet services. We will notify customers when the system is ready for use.
You will see a new look to our online payment site. Registration on our new site will require your City of Kaplan Account number. Please make sure to set up a new account to be able to receive email billing in the near future.
